Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, show strong teamwork, and want to advance in performance contracting and sustainable design within a fast‑growing practice.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Entry-level role with opportunity to lead stages of energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present project opportunities to potential clients.
• Support client meetings, industry events, and proposal development.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and energy calculations.
• Review drawings and specifications for engineering design.
• Assist in bidding to ensure quality and competitiveness.
• Support contract administration and construction-phase coordination.
• Collaborate with M&V to develop performance reports.
• Assist clients through warranty phases as needed.
