Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking aMaintenance Technician I to support daily upkeep of our apartment communities in Fayetteville, NC. You will clean grounds and amenities, assist with make-ready apartments, and help maintain safety and curb appeal across the property.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, teamwork, and a proactive approach to customer service while participating in an on-site schedule and possibly on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and debris removal across property.
• Maintain breezeways, sidewalks, trash receptacles, and common areas.
• Clean mailroom, pool, fitness area, and clubhouse; replace bags and paper products.
• Assist with light repairs and make-ready apartments for new move-ins.
• Change lights and assist with lock changes and fixture replacements.
• Support pool maintenance and general shop upkeep.
• Promote professional relations with residents and team; reflect LIVE IT culture.
