Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support daily community upkeep and learn the foundations of property maintenance. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, a clear career path, and the chance to grow skills in maintenance while supporting the community.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional on-call rotation for emergencies and resident events.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean property areas and maintain grounds per standards.
• Pressure wash breezeways, sidewalks, and manage trash.
• Clean common areas and assist with apartment make-readies.
• Assist with lock changes, light bulb replacements, and fixture work.
• Paint curbs/signs and maintain inventory in the shop.
