Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician I to join our Asheville team. You will support daily property upkeep, clean and maintain grounds, and help prepare apartments for new residents with hands-on training and guidance from the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds and common areas per company standards.
• Pressure wash breezeways and sidewalks.
• Maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles and remove debris.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins with light repairs and painting as needed.
• Assist in lock changes and fixture replacements.
• Support pool, gym, and other amenities maintenance.
