Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Maintenance or HVAC experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform light repairs and prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins.
• Assist with pool areas, fitness spaces, and amenities as needed.
