Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order, adhering to dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Regularly communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
