You will communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and keep customers informed, documenting work and staying current with factory bulletins.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform express maintenance work per repair order following dealer & factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
