Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards, helping build customer loyalty through trust and confidence in our care. You will communicate with Parts and Service Advisors, document work on repair orders, stay current with factory bulletins, and participate in training.

High school diploma and valid in-state license required; express/quick-lube experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes for quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, per dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
