Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty through trustworthy care. You will collaborate with Parts and Service Advisors, document work, and participate in training to stay current with bulletins and certifications.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid in-state driver's license, and prefer prior express/quick lube experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• In-state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order, with efficiency and accuracy, per dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document all work performed on the repair order for each vehicle.
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
