Job summary

AutoNation in the United States is hiring an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order, maintaining quality and safety, and building customer trust in AutoNation as a care-giver for their vehicle.

You will communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors, document work on each repair order, and stay current with factory bulletins and OEM training to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance per repair order, to factory standards and quality.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and training.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

What are the requirements for this job?
