Job summary

AutoNation seeks an Express Service Technician to perform maintenance per dealer and factory standards, ensuring trust and confidence in AutoNation as a care-giver for vehicles. You’ll keep customers informed, document work, and stay current with factory bulletins, contributing to a high standard of service and loyalty.

Valid driver’s license is required; in-state driving record must be acceptable. Opportunities for growth across service roles and internal certification support are available

Qualifications

• Experience in express/quick lube is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to follow prescribed processes for safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order per dealer and factory standards.
• Regularly communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
