Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance as assigned, following dealer and factory standards. The role emphasizes building Customer loyalty by delivering reliable service and clear communication with the parts and service teams.

You will stay current with factory bulletins and training, ensuring safety and quality while contributing to a positive customer experience across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, per dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and Customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay updated with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
