Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance in line with dealer and factory standards. You will document work, communicate with Parts and Service teams, and strive to create a loyal customer experience.

You will receive training, OEM certification support, and opportunities to advance into Service, Sales, Management roles as part of AutoNation’s nationwide career path.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order, efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay updated on factory bulletins and training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
