Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order per dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on repair orders for each vehicle.
• Keep up with factory bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
