Total Quality Logistics is hiring at the entry level for a Sales Representative in Orlando. You will receive six months of hands-on training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, build carrier relationships, and manage daily freight operations.

No experience is required; the program includes paid training in sales and logistics, with a goal to achieve six-figure earnings through uncapped commissions. This is an in-office, fast-paced role in a leading freight brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
