Total Quality Logistics in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an entry-level sales representative. You will receive 6 months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives and help solve customer needs while growing your book of business.

The role offers paid relocation to Columbus, a $40,000–$45,000 base with uncapped commissions, and a path to six-figure earnings after a few years. This is an in-office, high-energy, training-focused opportunity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
