Total Quality Logistics (TQL) seeks an entry-level Sales Representative in Columbia, SC. No prior experience is required as you will participate in a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics, building relationships, negotiating freight deals, and managing shipments from pickup to delivery.

You will receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, support your team, and work toward commission-based earnings with uncapped potential.

Formación

• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
