You will learn to build relationships, negotiate freight deals and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. With an in-office emphasis and high earning potential, you can expect a base compensation of $40,000–$50,000 in your first year, plus uncapped commissions as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.

• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices.
