West Coast Trial Lawyers is recruiting a Junior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to assist the litigation team from filing through resolution. Ideal for an attorney with 1–3 years of experience seeking to sharpen litigation skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You will collaborate with senior attorneys and partners, gaining hands-on experience in case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 1–5 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred).
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Exposure to discovery, motion practice, or depositions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a caseload of personal injury matters through the litigation process.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Support depositions, including preparation of materials and summaries.
• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting memoranda and briefs.
• Assist in preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trial.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision.
• Maintain organized case files and track deadlines.

Salary Range: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year + Commission
