Qualifications

• Coursework, training or work experience in reviewing records for completeness and conformity with laws, rules, and procedures.
• Experience in maintaining, filing, tracking and retrieving physical, electronic, and digital documents and reports.
• Experience using automated information systems to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve and report data.
• Experience delivering prompt, courteous service and addressing customer requests and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine judicial case processing tasks under close supervision.
• Learn and apply court operations, software and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with court staff and the public to gather and exchange information.
