The State of Delaware is seeking an entry-level Judicial Case Processor I to review, prepare, process, and maintain diverse court documents and records. You will work under close supervision, handling routine tasks and learning court operations, information systems, and related procedures.
You will interact with court personnel and the public, providing prompt, courteous service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with rules and standards.
This is the entry level of judicial case processing work, responsible for reviewing, preparing, processing, and maintaining a variety of legal/court documents and records. Employees perform the full range of Essential Functions, including routine and standardized assignments, under close supervision. Courtesy, act, and effectiveness are required when providing information to and interacting with various court personnel and the general public.
Upon satisfactory completion of department promotional standards and job requirements, employees may be eligible to be promoted to the next level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Judicial Case Processor I
This position is a classification organized under an exclusive bargaining representative (labor organization) that has been elected by employees as their representative for collective bargaining and other applicable terms and conditions of employment, in accordance with Title 29, Chapter 59 and Title 19, Chapter 13 and 16. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement based on its individual terms.
