Job summary

King Tech Repair in Secaucus, NJ is looking for IT Help Desk Support professionals to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support and assist our growing client base. Candidates should have strong technical skills and excellent customer service capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, as well as experience with various hardware and software applications. CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot IT hardware and software issues.
• Must maintain confidentiality and have a punctual attendance record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support for clients.
• Conduct analysis and troubleshooting for customer accounts.
• Monitor and troubleshoot client work regularly using a ticketing system.
