• Connect and set up hardware.
• Install workstations and load necessary software.
• Provide network access and connectivity.
• Install and maintain antivirus and spyware protection.
• Troubleshoot OS, software and hardware issues promptly.
• Record maintenance actions in Knack Database.
• Maintain an inventory of software, hardware and resources.
• Prepare hardware for safe disposal and ensure security.
• Troubleshoot workstations via remote desktop connections.
• Train and support new users as needed.
• Update and document work processes where none exist.
• Travel as required for business and local assignments.
