Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide first-level end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to IT Manager.
• Maintain equipment inventory and asset documentation.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and equipment recovery.
• Perform routine maintenance like software updates and backups.
• Collaborate on infra projects and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
• Support conference room tech and remote access tools.
• Perform other duties as required.
