Prov is seeking a dependable, service-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support to employees across our organization. This position will serve as a first point of contact for hardware, software, account, and technical support issues while helping maintain a reliable and secure technology environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience providing technical support or equivalent education, training, or hands-on experience.
• Basic understanding of Windows computers and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage competing deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to elevate an issue.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees by phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, printer, and other technology issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Assist employees with Microsoft 365, email, Teams/Slack, and other business applications.
• Create, update, and maintain IT support tickets and documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team member or vendor.
