Prov Inc is seeking a dependable IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for employees across the organization. This entry-level role serves as the first point of contact for hardware, software, accounts, and tech issues, aiming to maintain a secure tech environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience providing technical support or equivalent education.
• Basic understanding of Windows computers and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support by phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, printer, and related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, email, Teams/Slack, and apps.
• Create, update, and maintain IT support tickets and docs.
• Escalate complex issues to IT team or vendor.
