Banner Health is seeking an IT Coordinator I to provide frontline technical support for staff, focusing on desktop and mobile devices, and network-connected equipment. You will review help desk tickets, support users onsite, and assist with IT projects and testing. This is an on-site role with 8 AM to 5 PM shifts, Monday through Friday.

Candidates must reside in Colorado. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and a broad understanding of desktop, mobile, and network technologies are required.

Formación

• Associate degree or two years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of desktop, mobile devices and Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-line IT support for staff and manage help desk tickets.
• Assist with deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop and mobile devices.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT leadership on project support and procurement.
• Prioritize service requests and communicate status to users throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as escalation point for IT Service Delivery issues and assist with endpoint projects.
