Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC in Boulder, CO seeks a Technical Engineer to provide dedicated IT support for a client. The role may also be titled Jr. Systems Administrator or Desktop Support Engineer. Onsite work is required in Boulder.

You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, networking, VPNs, and endpoint technologies, manage tickets, and document work while maintaining strong client service and timely communication. Occasional local travel is expected.

Qualifications

1+ year in IT help desk or desktop support
Experience troubleshooting Microsoft technologies (365, AD, Windows)
Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot issues across Microsoft 365, AD, Windows, networking, VPNs, and endpoint technologies
Manage support tickets and client documentation in line with service delivery processes
Respond to client requests within SLA, target 30-minute response time
Travel to local client locations daily or weekly as needed
Strive for ~30 hours per week of client-attributed work and ~75% utilization
