Banner Health is seeking an IT Coordinator I to provide frontline technical support for staff, focusing on desktop and mobile devices, and network-connected equipment. You will review help desk tickets, support users onsite, and assist with IT projects and testing. This is an on-site role with 8 AM to 5 PM shifts, Monday through Friday.

As an IT Coordinator I, you will provide front-line technical support for staff while ensuring the effective deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, mobile devices, and network-connected equipment. A typical day includes reviewing and prioritizing help desk tickets, responding to equipment requests, conducting rounds to support users, and assisting with ongoing IT projects and testing activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and knowledge of desktop, mobile, and network technologies are required.
This is an on-site role. Your work shifts are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF COLORADO TO BE CONSIDERED.
This position is an entry level position that assigns, monitors and fulfills IT service requests in the service management system to ensure high quality customer service. This position leads workflow of customer service requests and is responsible for providing user level support for assigned IT activities.
Experience and education as normally obtained through an Associate’s degree or two years of relevant experience.
Must have a strong work ethic and initiative to work well in a team environment. Requires strong organizational, customer service, communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of staff and management.
Must be knowledgeable in the use and operation of a wide range of desktop, mobile devices and network connectivity. Knowledge of Microsoft Office O365 applications.
Variable shifts and hours and carrying/responding to a pager may be required.
Previous experience with assigning daily workloads and tasks. General knowledge of information technology and healthcare is desirable. Previous experience working on IT projects.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
Estimated Pay Range: $27.78 - $37.21 / hour Banner Health is committed to pay equity and transparency.
