Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and grow existing client relationships within assigned accounts
• Partner closely with the recruiting team to support candidate searches and ensure alignment between client needs and delivery
• Attend client meetings, check-ins, and occasional onsite visits to deepen partnerships
• Support new business development efforts including outreach, pipeline management, and account expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and client satisfaction
• Track performance metrics, weekly spread, and account results to maximize revenue outcomes
