Custom Computer Specialists in Taunton, MA is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician – Level I to join the Onsite Services Team. The role provides full-time, on-site end-user support for a southeastern Massachusetts education client, with a salary range of $42,000 to $52,000.

You will handle deskside support, ticketing, device maintenance, and on-site training while ensuring high satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of on-site end-user support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication for diverse users.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. and transport between areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium deskside support to client end users.
• Support CCS divisions including Managed Services and Project Services as needed.
• Oversee and maintain the ticketing system for efficiency.
• Manage inbound tickets from initiation to resolution with timely support.
• Provide in-person support for end-user devices (computers, Chromebooks, printers, etc.).
• Offer end-user training as needed.
• Troubleshoot OS and application issues.
• Support A/V systems and Webex meeting technologies.
• Maintain knowledge of current IT technologies and trends.
• Support client-provided mobile apps for end users.
