Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a proactive IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level support for employees across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone starting a career in IT, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience and grow within the IT team.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred in IT/CS or related field.
Experience in Help Desk or IT support is a plus but not required.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business apps.
Familiarity with AD/Entra ID and basic networking helpful.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, ticketing system, and in person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues.
Reset passwords, MFA, and sign‑in help.
Install, configure, and support Microsoft 365 apps and business software.
Set up and deploy workstations and peripherals.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset tracking.
Handle basic network troubleshooting and Wi‑Fi issues.
Report phishing and follow security policies.
Maintain accurate ticket notes and knowledge base.
Travel to other facilities for on‑site support as needed.
Rotate on‑call for after‑hours and weekend support.
