Job summary

NCS is seeking a Neuromonitoring Specialist/Associate Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgeries. You'll play a key role in the operating room by monitoring the patient's nervous system and collaborating with top surgeons.

Qualifications

• Must be CNIM eligible via one pathway defined by the ABRET website.
• Knowledge of human anatomy & physiology and/or technical troubleshooting preferred.
• Operating Room (OR) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the patient’s nervous system during surgery.
• Communicate monitoring information to the surgical team.
• Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform checks.

Skills

Knowledge of Intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM)

Strong time management & organizational skills

Effective communication skills

Education
