NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical, seeks a Neuromonitoring Specialist/Associate Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgeries. The role offers comprehensive training and opportunities for career development in a field-based position.

Responsibilities include detailed patient history review, real-time communication with the surgical team, waveform analysis, protocol application, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CNIM eligible via ABRET pathway.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and/or anatomy/physiology preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to handle schedule changes in OR.

Responsabilités

• Obtain detailed medical history and consult with surgeon on structures at risk and monitoring modalities.
• Communicate monitoring information to the surgeon and team during cases.
• Label and display waveforms, measure latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times per guidelines.
• Identify appropriate protocols and perform troubleshooting for accurate data collection.
• Prepare IOM logs, files, and timely uploads; complete required documentation.
• Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform maintenance checks.
• Travel and perform duties as assigned; adhere to company policies and codes of conduct.
