Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a Globus Medical subsidiary, seeks an entry-level Associate Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery under supervision. You will work with top surgeons and medical teams in a fast-paced operating room, while supporting ongoing technological innovations and professional development.

This field-based role offers comprehensive training, CNIM eligibility pathways, and opportunities to grow within the neurophysiology monitoring field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CNIM eligibility per ABRET.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM).
• Excellent English communication with surgeons and staff.
• Flexible travel up to 25%.
• Eligible for hospital privileges and malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s nervous system during surgery.
• Communicate monitoring info to surgical team.
• Label and measure waveforms per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot data collection and protocols.
• Complete documentation and IOM logs.
• Maintain IONM equipment and perform checks.
• Comply with company policies and regulations.
