Job summary

Globus Medical's NuVasive Clinical Services seeks a Neuromonitoring Specialist/Associate Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery, monitoring the patient’s nervous system and communicating findings to the surgical team.

You will work with top surgeons, receive comprehensive training and ongoing education, and have opportunities for career development. This field-based role requires up to 25% travel and CNIM eligibility to maintain credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• CNIM eligible via ABRET pathway required/preferred.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and anatomy is preferred.
• OR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtains detailed medical history and consults with surgeon on structures at risk.
• Communicates monitoring information to the surgical team during cases.
• Marks and measures waveforms per guidelines and protocols.
• Prepares IOM logs and documentation.
• Maintains neuromonitoring equipment and performs routine checks.
• Adheres to company policies and compliance requirements.
