Job summary

Globus Medical, including NuVasive Clinical Services, seeks a Neuromonitoring Specialist/Associate Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery, collaborating with top surgeons and care teams in a fast-paced OR environment.

The role requires CNIM eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, OR experience preferred, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Training and career development are provided to support advancement in IONM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be CNIM eligible via ABRET pathway.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring and/or anatomy & physiology preferred.
• Operating Room experience preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to manage changing schedules.
• Excellent communication with surgeons and staff in English.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed patient history and consult with surgeon on structures at risk.
• Communicate monitoring information to surgeon and team during case.
• Labelwaveforms and measure latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times per protocols.
• Identify appropriate monitoring protocols and troubleshoot to ensure data quality.
• Complete documentation and upload IOM logs and files.
• Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform maintenance checks.
• Travel as required and represent the company professionally.
