Job summary

Globus Medical, through NuVasive Clinical Services, seeks a Neuromonitoring Specialist/Associate Neurophysiologist for field-based intraoperative monitoring. You will work with top surgeons and hospital teams to monitor the patient’s nervous system during operations, with extensive training and ongoing education provided.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and CNIM eligibility; familiarity with IONM and anatomy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; no prior professional experience specified.
• CNIM eligibility via ABRET pathway (per ABRET requirements).
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and/or anatomy & physiology is preferred.
• Travel readiness and OR flexibility expected.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed medical history and discuss monitored modalities with the surgeon.
• Communicate monitoring data to the surgical team during procedures.
• Label and measure waveforms, calculating latencies and conduction times.
• Identify protocols and troubleshoot to ensure accurate data collection.
• Maintain IONM equipment and complete required documentation and logs.
• Travel up to 25% and adhere to company policies.
