Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical, seeks an Neuromonitoring Specialist/Associate Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery. You will work with top surgeons, document findings, and support ongoing innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CNIM eligible via ABRET pathways.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; able to manage changing schedules in OR.
• Effective English communication with surgeons and surgical staff; travel up to 25%.
• Must obtain and maintain CNIM status; eligible for hospital privileges and malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed medical history and consult with surgeon on structures at risk.
• Communicate monitoring information to surgeon and team during the case.
• Label waveforms and calculate latencies, amplitudes, conduction times per guidelines.
• Maintain IOM equipment and perform maintenance checks.
• Complete documentation and upload IOM logs on time.
• Travel to various hospital sites up to 25%.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
