Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., seeks a Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery, evaluating the patient’s nervous system and communicating findings in real time. This field-based role emphasizes teamwork with surgeons and operating room staff, with opportunities for professional development and training provided by our company.

A strong background in IONM, CNIM certification, and the ability to travel up to 25% are preferred,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
CNIM certification required.
Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and/or human anatomy & physiology and/or technical troubleshooting preferred.
Operating Room (OR) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor patient’s nervous system during surgery and communicate results to the surgeon and team.
Display and label waveforms; calculate latencies, amplitudes and conduction times per guidelines.
Select appropriate protocols and troubleshoot to ensure accurate data collection.
Complete all required documentation and prepare IOM logs and files on time.
Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform required maintenance checks.
