Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales trainee in the Kentucky region. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to build a client portfolio, focusing on engaging business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers.

You will conduct individual and group presentations, visit local businesses, and collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets while maintaining a flexible, results-driven schedule.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain with course provided)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and work with manager to set targets.
