Qualifications

• Active pre-employment background check required
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (training provided)
• Candidates with 4 years post-high school work experience or 4-year degree encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build your client network
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or text
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales team and manager
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with owners and decision-makers
• Build and maintain your own client portfolio
• Work with the team to set monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedules and report them to your manager
• Record daily sales activity and performance
