Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow client network.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and re-service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedule and report progress to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
