Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional in the United States. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop skills in prospecting, presenting to business owners, and building long-term client relationships.

You will use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and visit local businesses to expand your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
