Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level supplemental insurance salesperson eager to learn and grow. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and mentorship while building a client portfolio across local businesses and owners.

Prior experience is not required; success relies on passion, adaptability, and a drive to help clients access valuable insurance solutions. You will engage potential clients, deliver both individual and group presentations, and steadily increase

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop your own client portfolio and meet monthly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager; track daily activity.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
