Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated individual to start a career in supplemental insurance sales in Oregon. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support as you build a portfolio of business clients, including owners and HR leaders.

The role emphasizes prospecting, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets. A valid driver’s license and resident-state insurance license (or plan to obtain) are required, with study materials and licensing fees reimbursed.

Qualificações

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain; study course provided and fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate clients and expand professional network within territory and nearby communities.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
