Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to learn the insurance industry while sharpening sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss coverage options tailored to their needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, build your client portfolio, and work with the sales team to hit monthly targets. A valid license or willingness to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it for review.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
