Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain; study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit businesses to develop relationships with owners and HR leaders.
• Build a personal client portfolio and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
