• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) (study course provided; fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
