Job summary

This role focuses on meeting sales targets, delivering presentations, and expanding within your territory through calls, meetings, and visits. A valid driver's license and health & life insurance license are required or provided with reimbursement;

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and referral leads.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Work with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
